We have become a nation of ignorant arrogance, which is truly the brink of stupidity. We seem to not be aware that we are ignorant and totally unaware that we are arrogant. In this day in age it is the makings of disaster to be ignorant or arrogant. Being both does not say much for us and our future. To be either one when there are so many great opportunities in this country, in this world, and in these times, is a tragedy.

However, it seems, that those opportunities are not for everyone. It seems we are on a daily menu of events leaving more and more behind in every Aspect and for every sake of our own daily lives and needs leaving a trail of waste and ruin. When are we going to wake up and discover it is not "all about You".

Did big business learn it from our political leaders or did our leaders learn it from big business or did they just evolve at the same time being both ignorant and arrogant just doing what they wanted to do as just a part of their daily lives. If so, I think our Nation is reverting back to adolescence and just out and out spoiled, and truly out of control. I want, I want. I can have anything I want. I can do anything I want. I don't have to answer to anyone. I can truly get away with anything. Who said I can't do this or that? Who is going to stop me? Our needs are more important than anyone else's needs.

Hello, is there anyone home, is any one listening? There is an old saying "The bigger you are, the harder you fall" There have been many great nations before us that have come and gone. This nation has even greater potential than any other nation in the history of the world. But not if we keep on our path of ignorance of our arrogance. Lets get back on the path of greatness.

Set an example, lead the world,, make ourselves stronger and smarter and more compassionate, and help our neighbors to do the same. Lets not leave anyone behind. We could end up building a better world for everyone.
